What this site is

A showcase for the DJ ZAMAN 2050 music project: track listings, artwork, previews and links to streaming platforms. It is provided as is, without warranty of availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

The music

Every track is an original composition produced for this project with the help of generative tools, and every published video carries the altered- or synthetic-content disclosure required by YouTube. No sample, loop, melody or recording is taken from a copyrighted work. Traditional modes, scales and rhythms are used as a musical language, which is not protected by copyright; the recordings themselves are.

What you may do

• Listen, share links, and embed the official YouTube videos.
• Use a track as background music in a personal, non-monetised video, if you credit DJ ZAMAN 2050 and link back to the channel.

What you may not do

• Re-upload, redistribute or sell the recordings, in whole or in part.
• Register any track with a content-identification system, a collecting society or a distributor. The rights are not yours to claim.
• Use the music in advertising or any commercial production without written permission.

The Publisher application

DJ ZAMAN 2050 Publisher is a private internal tool. It is not offered to third parties, has no public sign-up, and grants no rights to anyone other than the operator of this project.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the version in force.

Governing law

French law applies. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of France.
